Media Company Experience
Booked, shot, delivered, without the inbox.
Real estate photo and video studios.
Booking, vaults, delivery pipeline.
The shoot is the easy part.
The booking came in by text. The invoice is in one app. The raw files went to Dropbox, the editor replied by email, the revision request came back as a voice note, and the final gallery is in a link you have to remember to send after you remember to check whether they paid.
You did not start a photography business to be a router. Every one of those handoffs is a place where a delivery slips and a client notices.
Your turnaround time is limited by your admin, not your editors.
The work is good. The path the work has to travel is what makes clients wait. That path is what gets rebuilt.
WHO this is for
- Booking and shoot-day scheduling
- Client media vaults with permissions
- Delivery pipeline and reshoot tracking
- AI concierge trained on your service menu
- Branded documents and letterhead
Booking stops being a conversation. It becomes a quiz that routes by service type, prices from the actual package contents, and lands on your calendar with travel calculated.
The gallery stops being a favor you extend before payment. It unlocks when the invoice clears, automatically, with an admin override that does not quietly mark anything paid.
The shoot stops ending at file delivery. It generates a listing marketing page your agent can send, with your studio credited on it.

hey, I'm Morgan.
I build software for real estate. Not for one job in real estate. For the business of it.
I spent years watching good people run eight subscriptions that don't talk to each other, answering the same questions over and over to tools that never remember. Every one of them sold a slice. None of them knew the brand. So I started building the whole loop instead.
What I care about most is the part nobody else does: making sure you actually finish. Signing up is not the product. Having it running is.
Questions people ask before they book.
- What actually happens on this call?
- We talk about how you work now. Not a pitch deck. I want to hear how you walk a client from the first conversation to after the close, including the small stuff you think doesn't matter. That conversation is where the build comes from.
- Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
- Usually no. Your CRM can stay the engine. VIBERA becomes the part your clients actually see and touch. Where a tool genuinely needs replacing, I will tell you plainly and tell you why.
- I already have a delivery platform. Am I starting over?
- No. We have migrated a studio off its old platform including a client history import in the hundreds. Your history comes with you.
- How custom is this really?
- Every flow is built around how you actually work, down to which message goes out and when. I am not interested in sameness. If your version could be swapped with another client's version, I built it wrong.
Scoped to your setup.
Annual term. Scoped in consultation.
The full onboarding. Have your logo ready.
Let's talk about how you actually work.
Bring the messy version. The steps that live in your head, the follow up you keep meaning to systematize, the part of the process your clients always get confused by. That is exactly what I want to hear.
