Title Experience
Every rep armed with the same system.
A title company buying it for its reps.
Rep dashboards, agent deliverables.
Your escrow officers are a very expensive status page.
The agent calls to ask if the commitment came back. The lender emails to ask the same thing an hour later. The buyer, who does not know what a commitment is, calls to ask whether everything is okay.
Each of those is a two minute answer and none of them required a person. What they required was a place to look. Without one, your officers spend their day being that place, and the actual file work waits.
Agents choose title companies on communication, not on price.
Every agent has a story about the title company that kept them in the dark. Being the one that never does is the whole competitive position, and it is a software problem.
WHO this is for
- Rep dashboards with pipeline visibility
- Agent-facing deliverables on your brand
- Order and milestone tracking
- AI concierge trained on your workflows
- Branded documents and letterhead
Status stops being a phone call. Every party opens their own view and sees exactly what concerns them, in language they can read.
Milestones stop being something someone remembers to announce. Opened, title search, commitment, clear to close, recorded. Each one notifies the right people on its own.
Your reps stop building co-marketing by hand. The agent-facing material generates from the work you are already doing.

hey, I'm Morgan.
I build software for real estate. Not for one job in real estate. For the business of it.
I spent years watching good people run eight subscriptions that don't talk to each other, answering the same questions over and over to tools that never remember. Every one of them sold a slice. None of them knew the brand. So I started building the whole loop instead.
What I care about most is the part nobody else does: making sure you actually finish. Signing up is not the product. Having it running is.
Questions people ask before they book.
- What actually happens on this call?
- We talk about how you work now. Not a pitch deck. I want to hear how you walk a client from the first conversation to after the close, including the small stuff you think doesn't matter. That conversation is where the build comes from.
- Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
- Usually no. Your CRM can stay the engine. VIBERA becomes the part your clients actually see and touch. Where a tool genuinely needs replacing, I will tell you plainly and tell you why.
- Title workflow is state specific. Do you actually know ours?
- I will not pretend to. This vertical starts with a discovery engagement with your team, because escrow states and attorney close states work differently and I am not going to invent your workflow from a template. That is the first phase, and it is deliberate.
- How custom is this really?
- Every flow is built around how you actually work, down to which message goes out and when. I am not interested in sameness. If your version could be swapped with another client's version, I built it wrong.

Let's talk about how you actually work.
Bring the messy version. The steps that live in your head, the follow up you keep meaning to systematize, the part of the process your clients always get confused by. That is exactly what I want to hear.
